Exhibition style bowie knife marked “Henry Eckoft, Sheffield” with fancy simulated or French ivory grip. German silver guard and original scabbard. Clipped point blade measures 7 ¼” and 12 ¼” overall. The bladehas been over polished and shows fancy etching tip to ricasso on maker’s side. Sharpened with slight reduction to tip and edge. Scabbard retains throat, tip, and button hanger. Good overall. Circa 1870s-90s. Est.: $1500-$3000
